In La Milagrosa Co.we seek to provide a customer service of the best quality, however there are cases in which we have no direct interference for reasons beyond our service. Likewise, due to situations of a legal nature, we must specify times and ways of dealing with cases and doubts regarding our service.

Any purchase made on this site implies express intention of payment and receipt of the products requested.

 

The payment of merchandise implies acceptance of the terms and conditions expressed herein.

 

The communication with our store may be in writing via email or through this page or calling via phone number.

 

The products on sale on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, syndrome or condition. The information provided on this site is for informational purposes only. As always, please consult a doctor before starting any diet, exercise or supplement program, before taking any vitamin or medication, or if there is a suspicion that you may have a health problem.

La Milagrosa a self-service store. All information we have about our products is published on their website and is provided by our suppliers. The photographs presented in the product pages are representative only and there may be differences between the photographed product and the one that the supplier sends us in later batches. Any additional information should be consulted by the customer to the manufacturer.

Hours of service

The customer service hours of the web store (online) are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, except official holidays in U.S.A.

Prices

 

All prices are expressed in national currency (American Dollar) and includes tax of 8.25% for Texas residents, and 0% for any other state.

The prices are not negotiable.

Payments

 

The available payments are:

  • Paypal.

 

Only previously paid orders are processed for shipping.

All orders received by us will be carefully verified. In case we consider that the order exhibits parameters that could constitute a fraudulent purchase, it will be canceled and the amount charged will be returned to the payment instrument.

All orders have an attached purchase note that is automatically sent by the system. If you require an invoice, please request it by replying to the order confirmation email.

 

By official provision, every purchase must be invoiced in the same month after the sale was made. Orders will only be invoiced on behalf of the client when the personal data is sent as limit on the penultimate business day of the month in which the purchase was made.

Pickups

 

Because La Milagrosa (lamilagrosaoficial.com) is an exclusively online store, the attention to our customers in the warehouse is exclusively for the collection of previously paid orders, and from which the client has received confirmation that it is ready for delivery. 

 

Due to the fact that we have had numerous clients requesting purchases from our warehouse, to whom there is no infrastructure or personnel to assist them, we must refrain from publishing the address on our website and on social networks.

 

Orders made for collection must be collected no later than 60 days after the date of purchase. After this period the orders will be discarded.

Shipping

 

Shipping policies

 

The prices of our products do not include shipping cost. The shipping is totally free without cost charged to the customer based on the delivery address entered in the first step of the purchase process, except cases in which they are published in our channels as social networks or news list.

 

The shipping service is provided by The United States Postal Service (USPS). La Milagrosa have little or no interference in the internal processes of USPS. Therefore, once you have received the tracking number from the customer, you have received it with the parcel USPS.

 

Likewise, Health To Go has a single responsibility in cases of delivery and management. The client must adhere to the policies and procedures of USPS.

 

If a package is returned due to the impossibility of the USPS delivery, the customer must pay for the delivery service.

Cost of shipping

 

​The shipping cost is free for The Unites States.

Shipping processing

 

All orders placed are processed until a business day following the payment of an order.

The collection of an order by the courier company can be up to one business day after the order is processed.

Orders by automatic electronic means receipts by the client up to seven business days after the payment is made.

If the client requests a shipping method that is not available from our parcel service providers, the forms of the alternate suppliers will be used to ensure delivery in the form.

Weight restrictions for shipments

 

Orders placed in the store can only combine products up to a total weight of 70 pounds. The system will automatically communicate if the maximum weight is exceeded by not offering shipping options. The cart is not lost; just write us in the contact form to add the required rate.

Corrections to purchases made

 

It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide clear and sufficient information so that the contracted parcel company makes the delivery of the contracted service in a timely manner.

To request later changes in the delivery address, please reply to the order confirmation email. Changes can only be made that do not imply higher shipping costs, since this should be dealt with directly between the client and the parcel company.

 

Any error or carelessness on the part of the client in the filling of delivery address information, or selection of collection or shipping options are the sole and exclusive responsibility of this.

Returns

 

All sales are irremovable. If you require for any reason not attributable to our service the return of a purchase made, will have a cost of 25% of the payment made as cancellation fee, before shipment. This will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

 

Any return to store in case the order has left this, is at the customer's expense. Once received the merchandise will be accepted at the exclusive discretion of La Milagrosa and its suppliers.
